The Bro Behind the Biscuit
Growing up, breakfast was the meal that got our family going. I always loved when mom would make biscuits, pancakes, bacon and eggs! That rubbed off on us kids. Some of us liked to cook. And all of us liked to eat. In a family of 8 kids (3 sisters and 5 bros), I was the second to the youngest, and I always loved cooking. They would hound me to make my biscuits, and there was nothing I liked more than watching people’s eyes light up when they saw their plates.
